Make ‘Change’ In A Child’s Life
Head to Castaways this weekend to help “Make Change In A Child’s Life”. Join in the fun with raffle prizes and a live band while making a difference for the kids at Children’s Memorial Hospital. All change collected will benefit the 11th annual Eric and Kathy Radiothon.
Eric & Kathy’s 36 Hour Radiothon has raised over 16 million dollars for kids and families treated at Children’s Memorial Hospital over the past ten years – money that stays right here in Chicago. The money raised during our Radiothon is directed to the areas of greatest need at Children’s Memorial such as Patient and Family Services, Charity Care, Education and Advocacy.
Please find a moment in your busy day Friday and Saturday September 10th and 11th to listen to the stories of some real life heroes and make a pledge to help Chicago’s kids.
Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, is recognized as one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country by rankings published in U.S. News & World Report. Its physicians are on faculty at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. The hospital is currently engaged in the Heroes for Life campaign to raise a minimum of $600 million to help create the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and support its medical and nursing professionals, programs and research. As a not-for-profit organization, Children’s Memorial relies on philanthropy to help provide care to 126,000 patients and their families every year.
